THE CAPITAL LAYER | RWA, Stablecoins & Institutions

Description

The Capital Layer is a curated, approval-only gathering for institutional operators, RWA builders, stablecoin issuers, funds, and infrastructure teams working at the core of onchain capital formation.

This is not a conference.
No panels. No pitches. No noise.

It’s a closed-room, high-trust working session for people designing how real assets, liquidity, and settlement move onchain.

What This Is

An institutional-grade forum focused on:

Real-world asset tokenization

Stablecoins & settlement rails

Institutional DeFi & yield infrastructure

Compliance, custody, and capital routing

Built for people deploying capital, not discussing theory.

Who This Is For

RWA protocol founders & asset issuers

Stablecoin operators & payment infrastructure teams

Venture funds, allocators & family offices

Infrastructure providers enabling custody, risk & compliance

Attendance is curated to keep the room senior and signal-heavy.
